Landing

Description

Editor for creating a public content page with sections, calls to action, and a lead-capture form, hosted as a Cloud service.

Lead management and analytics

Each form is stored as an independent lead. Leads supports search, date filters and CSV, XLS, XLSX, ODS, PDF, JSON or TXT exports. The configured address receives a notification for every submission; the account email is used when empty.

Analytics shows visits, unique visitors, clicks, forms, carousel activity, daily evolution and UTM attribution. Referrer, IP and user agent are retained. Landing pages can be duplicated as drafts and the complete catalog can be exported. The editor includes templates and AI generation through the active text provider and credit system.

Analytics initially covers the last 30 days and includes charts for evolution, event types and sources. AI generation first produces a validated structure with title, SEO, colors and four to six sections; Apification then builds compatible editable HTML.

Use cases

  • Present a campaign, product, activity, or resource.
  • Collect requests or contacts through a form.
  • Create a focused page without developing a full website.
  • Measure visits, interactions, and submissions.

How to create the service

Open Cloud > New item, choose Landing, enter a name and folder, and create the service. The editor opens to configure content, design, form, SEO, access, and publication.

Interface and controls

The editor provides a canvas, blocks or sections, and content and style tabs. It can add text, images, buttons, and forms, reorder sections, and select Cloud resources. Header actions save, preview, test, and publish. Statistics contains visits, events, and submissions.

Full workflow

  1. Define objective, audience, title, value proposition, and call to action.
  2. Build sections and add content and images.
  3. Configure form, messages, and submission handling.
  4. Set design, URL, SEO, visibility, and access.
  5. Review desktop and mobile and make a test submission.
  6. Publish and share the URL.
  7. Analyze activity and improve content without breaking the form.

Supported files or data

The service stores structured editor HTML, settings, SEO, styles, and form submissions. Images and services can be selected from Cloud where supported by a block. URLs must use allowed schemes and unsafe content may be sanitized.

Configuration options

Options include title, subtitle, text, buttons, links, sections, form fields, messages, colors, typography, backgrounds, width, spacing, header or background image, slug, SEO title and description, status, visibility, access, and multilingual content where enabled.

Output and export formats

The main result is a public web page and a set of submissions and statistics. It is not exported as a complete website package. Form data can be downloaded in the tabular formats available in Statistics.

Saving, downloading and sharing

Saving retains editable content and versions. Publishing enables the public URL; blocks or links can be embedded where supported. Users provides internal access. Export submissions from Statistics and keep reusable derived assets in Cloud.

Limits and technical requirements

Fields have length limits and HTML follows security rules. Forms and statistics use plan limits and credits. Heavy images affect loading and usage. External integrations, AI, email, or analytics require separate configuration.

Common errors

  • The page is not public: check status, visibility, and slug.
  • A button does not navigate: validate its URL and allowed protocol.
  • Submissions are missing: check required fields, active period, credits, and logs.
  • An image does not load: confirm that the Cloud resource exists and is available to the public page.

Privacy and data processing

Add a privacy notice and consent where required. Do not put secrets in HTML or URLs. Minimize form fields, restrict submission access, and set retention. Public resources may be accessible to anyone with the link.

Frequently asked questions

  • Can I use a custom domain? This depends on publication settings for the deployment.
  • Can I edit after publishing? Yes; review changes so they do not alter already collected data.
  • Does assisted generation publish automatically? No, generated content must be reviewed and saved.
