AI video generation

Description

Generate a video from a prompt with an enabled AI provider, monitor the asynchronous job and save the completed media file in Cloud.

When to use it

  • Create an initial campaign clip or visual concept.
  • Produce source footage for Video Studio.
  • Test short motion variants before investing in a complete edit.

How to create the service

Open Cloud > New item > AI video, choose a destination folder, provider and model, then describe the scene, motion, framing and restrictions. Configure the available duration, aspect ratio, resolution or format options and submit the job.

Inputs and configuration

Provider capabilities differ. The request can include prompt, model, duration, dimensions, aspect ratio and other generation parameters exposed by the selected backend. Unsupported combinations are rejected before or by the provider.

Asynchronous processing

Video generation normally continues in the background. The job records pending, processing, completed or failed state and the account can poll its status until the provider supplies the result. Do not create duplicate jobs merely because one request is still processing.

Results and continuity

Completed video can be saved to Cloud, downloaded or used as a Video Studio source. The generated file is a deliverable, not an editable timeline; create a Video Studio project when additional clips, audio, text or subtitles are required.

Credits and limits

Duration, resolution, model and provider pricing influence credit consumption. Provider availability, account credits, timeouts, storage quota and maximum supported duration apply.

Privacy and external processing

Prompts and any supported reference assets are sent to the chosen provider. Avoid unnecessary personal or confidential information. Review consent, likeness, copyright, provider retention and disclosure requirements before publication.

Common errors

  • The job remains pending: check provider availability and wait before retrying.
  • The provider rejects the prompt: revise content or unsupported parameters.
  • The result cannot be downloaded: the provider result may have expired before Cloud persistence.
  • Cloud saving fails: verify quota and folder permissions.

Frequently asked questions

  • Does the browser need to stay open? No, when the provider job has been created successfully; return to its status from the account.
  • Can the result be edited? Yes. Save it and add it to Video Studio.
  • Does generation include music or narration? Only when the selected provider and model explicitly support it; otherwise add audio in Video Studio.
