AI image generation

Description

Generate an image from a written prompt through an AI provider configured by the account and save the approved result as a reusable Cloud file.

When to use it

  • Produce an initial campaign visual, illustration, background or concept.
  • Create source material for Image Studio or a landing page.
  • Generate several prompt variants before selecting a final asset.

How to create the service

Open Cloud > New item > AI image, select the destination folder and describe the required subject, composition, style and constraints. Choose an available provider, model, dimensions and output format before submitting.

Inputs and configuration

The main input is the prompt. Available controls depend on the provider and can include model, size, aspect ratio, quality, number of results and output format. Do not include secrets or personal data that are not necessary for the visual.

Processing and status

The request is associated with the authenticated account and its credit balance. Some providers answer immediately; others return a job that remains pending until completed or failed. Closing the page does not transfer ownership of the job to another account.

Results and continuity

Review the generated image before using it. A successful result can be saved in the selected Cloud folder, downloaded, shared or opened in Image Studio. Saving the result does not modify existing source assets.

Credits and limits

Cost depends on provider, model, dimensions, quality and number of results. The interface shows the applicable option and records consumption. Provider policy, account credits, request limits and storage quota can prevent execution.

Privacy and external processing

Prompts and requested parameters are sent to the selected external AI provider. Generated content may be subject to provider retention, acceptable-use and intellectual-property conditions. Verify that prompts and results are suitable for the intended audience.

Common errors

  • No provider is available: an administrator must configure and enable an image provider.
  • Insufficient credits: reduce the request or add the required capacity.
  • The job fails: review provider status, prompt policy and selected parameters.
  • The result is not saved: verify storage quota and destination-folder access.

Frequently asked questions

  • Is a generated image automatically public? No. It is saved with Cloud visibility rules and remains private by default.
  • Can it be edited? Yes. Open the saved result in Image Studio.
  • Is the result guaranteed to be unique or rights-cleared? No. Review provider terms and perform the legal and creative checks required by your use case.
